The Julien Dubuque International Film Festival (JDIFF) is an annual event in Downtown Dubuque dedicated to bridging cultures through the education and promotion of arts through independent film. JDIFF acknowledges emerging filmmakers from around the world and is committed to bringing diverse, world class entertainment to the heart of the Midwest. JDIFF's main 5-day festival event is always the last full weekend of April bringing people from all over the World to Dubuque. JDIFF is also involved in yearly community events, such as the Halloween Parade, Film Camp, Winter Film Series and more.
