The Art on the River public art exhibit, a program of the City of Dubuque’s Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, is located along the Port of Dubuque’s Mississippi Riverwalk. Stroll this picturesque path along the shores of the mighty Mississippi behind the Grand River Center to enjoy the juried collection of sculptures which change out annually. The thematic works are best viewed sunrise to sunset and can be accessed on foot or with mobility aids. Brochures are available at informational kiosks located at near the middle and south end of the Riverwalk. The exhibit is free to experience.
