We offer research-based educational outreach to improve the lives of Dubuque County residents, including youth, families, businesses, gardeners and the agricultural community. Our experts adapt new technology & information to the needs of local communities. We organize and teach conferences, workshops and courses. 4-H is a positive youth development organization that empowers young people to reach their full potential. Our Master Gardeners are a dedicated corps of volunteers devoted to educating the community about best-practices for improving your yard and garden.
