Alisha Leytem is a Well-being Consultant and Coach, Mindfulness Expert, and Author of TheSix Gold Keys to Well-Being: A Guide to Unlocking a Healthy and Happy Life.
Alisha has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, combining her passions for healthy living, mindfulness, and authentic leadership to support organizations to create lasting changes in their workforce well-being. Alisha consults companies in designing custom well-being programs, is a keynote speaker, an executive coach, creator of the wellness coaching program, Your Well-Being Promotion, and facilitates wellness and leadership retreats in nature.
Originally from Peosta, Alisha lived in Ohio, San Diego, and Lake Arrowhead, California before moving closer to home during the pandemic. Alisha is married to her college sweetheart, Michael Leytem, founder of Catching Leadership, and together they have a 2-year-old daughter and live in the woods in Galena, Illinois.
