Where’s Waldo? In Dubuque, again! The iconic children’s book character in the red-and-white-striped shirt and black-rimmed specs is visiting River Lights Bookstore this July. Find Waldo is a great summer vacation activity and a wonderful way to support local independent bookstores. Unlike in previous years, where Waldo visited several local businesses, this year he will be going digital.

Anyone who wishes to participate can get a scavenger hunt card at River Lights Bookstore and find hidden characters within the store. Upon completion, hunters will receive a goodie bag and activity sheets. Also included will be a Waldo cutout to color and pose around the house or neighborhood for one to share photos of on social media.
