Kait will be presenting Strengths-Based Leadership: A Focus on Management Strategies. Prior to the workshop, attendees will take the Top 5 CliftonStrengths assessment to get a basic understanding of your top five themes and improve your performance anywhere. Kait Tysver Consulting LLC, a leadership and career development consulting firm. For nearly 10 years, Kait has enjoyed working in higher education as an advisor, mentor, event planner and, most recently, leadership coach providing strengths-based development focusing on leadership, management effectiveness, career transitions, and team dynamics.
Kait’s educational background is in communication and human development and leadership. She received her Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaching certification in December 2019 and has been coaching students and professionals for the past four years through individual coaching and team workshops.
Kait’s passion lies in helping individuals and teams flourish by focusing on what they naturally do best! She enjoys most helping her clients maximize their full potential as they learn to recognize and articulate their strengths, and the value that adds to their personal and professional lives.
