Open, honest, and respectful dialogue is essential for fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. However, addressing sensitive topics—such as bias, discrimination, cultural misunderstandings, or differing perspectives—can be challenging without the right tools and approach.

In this session, we will explore how to navigate critical conversations in the workplace with confidence, empathy, and effectiveness. This discussion will empower businesses to cultivate a culture where employees feel safe speaking up, engaging in meaningful dialogue, and addressing difficult issues constructively.

The S.M.A.R.T. Series takes place at the NICC Town Clock Center from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm once a month.
