Join the Dubuque Area Chamber and the Fountain of Youth for the S.M.A.R.T. Series (Strengthening Multi-cultural Awareness with Real Talk), a program aimed at empowering businesses through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Discover the missing puzzle piece for an effective business model and unlock the potential of a diverse workforce.

The S.M.A.R.T. Series takes place at the NICC Town Clock Center from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm once a month. The seventh session is November 5, 2024, Cross Cultural Training and Inclusive Communications Strategies. We will discuss cultural awareness that would help develop an understanding of other cultures, cultural intelligence, and conflict management that may arise due to cultural differences, and tools to improve communication across culturally diverse teams.
