The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting Power Hour on October 12th, 8:00-9:00 AM at the Grand River Center in the Port of Dubuque featuring Andrea Mausser. Andrea is a certified Health & Life Coach and Master of Transformational Coaching, and creator/owner of Choose Your Journey.

Andrea will be presenting The Subconscious: The Power of Your Mind. This presentation will provide an overview of how your mind works on a conscious and subconscious level and the programming that results and how this influences your beliefs and habits. You will also learn some interesting fun facts of the subconscious to help further understand and educate how our thoughts and actions can influence our decisions.

Andrea’s passion for the neuroscience in understanding how the mind works is incorporated into her coaching style and client programs.  She supports and guides her clients to experiencing transformation in a desired area in what she refers to as the BIG 5 (health, relationships, career, financial and spiritual connection). Andrea’s mission is creating a coaching relationship of trust, integrity, compassion, and care that fosters self-growth and results in transformation, one positive action and one positive thought at a time.
 
As a result of her own mindset growth, Andrea ended her corporate career of over 18 years in January 2022 to fully transition into her coaching business. Her corporate career roles were with financial companies who were in the top 200 of the Fortune 500 Companies.
 
Andrea has been a contributor to the Telegraph Herald HER Magazine along with sharing her coaching knowledge on several podcasts including The Small-Minded Podcast, The Empower Her Podcast, and The Sweet Slumber Podcast.  Andrea enjoys speaking with groups to share about mindset and has been the KEYNOTE speaker for Dyersville Young Professionals Group, Dubuque MOPS Group, Empower Her Co. and Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
 
Andrea is a wife and mom of 4 and lives in Dubuque County in Iowa and is the creator and host of her own podcast, The Heartship Journey, which shares inspirational stories from guests who experience hardship in their life and how they channeled through their mindset and persevered through it!
