The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce will host Power Hour on January 10th, 8:00-9:00 AM at Hotel Julien Dubuque. Our presenter is Tom Rauen and his topic, "How to invest in real estate and other alternative investments to create passive income and generational wealth."

Tom Rauen is an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for community, marketing, and innovation.

Tom is the founder and CEO of 1-800-Tshirts.com, a 3x Inc. 5000 company, Fast Food Landlord, Rauen Capital, Dimensional Brewing Company, and a partner in the Field of Dreams movie site.

Tom has grown his real estate portfolio from 0 to $55 Million in a short period of time. His portfolio consists of big name tenants such as Starbucks, Arby’s, Applebees, Jimmy John’s, and FedEx.

Tom and his wife Amanda started the Rauen Family Foundation with a mission to give back to the community with their signature event Mac & Cheese Fest™. And he is an endurance athlete who has run and won multiple 50 and 100 mile races.

Now Tom launched a fund for busy professionals like you to create monthly passive income by partnering in commercial real estate deals and will share an opportunity of how you could be a part of it at the end of his presentation.

It was decided to call it the Legacy Fund because of the focus on purchasing Legacy type properties in high traffic locations with long term national tenants that are tried and true for generations.
