Free reception open to the public, with keynote address by violinist and visual artist Lenore Vardi.

Come celebrate the arts! October is National Arts & Humanities Month, and NISOM is proud to host a reception to honor the arts in our community on October 16, 2015. The public is invited to attend the free reception with complimentary refreshments from 5:00-7:00PM at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library, sponsored by Tom & Juie Kane, Kane Appraisals.

Enjoy the opportunity to mix and mingle, network and celebrate with Dubuque's art leaders and patrons. Lenore Vardi will give a keynote address and brief solo performance at 6:00PM.
