Event Description:

Nonprofit Strength Builder is a seven-session workshop series for nonprofit leaders to deepen your organization’s impact. Led by the Community Foundation of Greater, the series is open to nonprofit professionals of all experience levels. You will learn from experts in an environment that is collaborative, engaging and rigorous.

Each session will focus on a different area of nonprofit operations: - Nonprofit Board Roles & Governance (Feb. 11) - Leadership: Culture, Mission, Planning (March 3) - Measuring Your Organization’s Operations & Data (March 24) - Financing Your Cause: Budget, Revenue, Fundraising (April 14) - How to Attract Continuous Improvement in Your Volunteers & Board (May 5) - Teamwork & Teambuilding (May 19) - Participants’ Choice (June 9)
