This class is a continuation of Tai Chi for Beginners that develops the form beyond the 20 movements. It is highly recommended that you take tai chi for beginners first. Tai Chi is a time-honored Chinese exercise that resembles a slow dance. Its potential benefits include greater balance, flexibility, and grace of movement.
