The Dubuque Jaycees are pleased to host the Tri-State's Largest Chili Cook-Off in Dubuque's historic Cable Car Square on Saturday, October 1, 2016. The day is full of family-friendly fun and games, live music, and of course, chili! This event has received fantastic attendance year after year and only continues to grow.
This year's proceeds will benefit Hills and Dales, a local human services organization that provides care for youth with severe and profound mental and physical disabilities.
