Customer service is an important aspect of business at all times, and as the COVID-19 pandemic began impacting businesses it became more important than ever. As restrictions were put into place and physical locations had to shut their doors, our local businesses had to find a new way to serve their customers. We are happy to welcome a panel of business leaders from different business categories that found ways to offer great customer service in the most difficult of situations.
