Tom Wagner was born and raised in Dubuque and studied Accounting at Loras College and Clarke College. Active in several volunteer organizations, Tom has served as the Chair for the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, and the American Red Cross of the Tri-States, as well as Treasurer for the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival and the Riverview Center. Tom resides in the Dubuque area with his wife, Amy, and their family.
As an Enrolled Agent, authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, Tom specializes in Small Business Accounting and Tax Compliance.
