Our January BBB will feature presenters Robyn McDermott, Commercial Interiors Consultant, Pigott, and Chelsea Schultz, MBA, Territory Manager, Herman Miller. They will be sharing, "Under Pressure: Looking for Answers Through Workplace Design." Participants will learn how companies are using workplace design to address the pressures of today’s highly competitive marketplace. It focuses on three pressures — space utilization, innovation, and employee engagement — that are driving their efforts and leading to solutions that add value well beyond the conventional considerations of cost and square footage. The presentation also offers examples of how companies have addressed these pressures.
As Commercial Interiors Consultant, Robyn’s primary focus is on guiding clients to tailored solutions that support their business drivers. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial design industry, Robyn provides expert support from space planning, to furniture selection, to final specification and installation. By working closely her Design, Project Management, and Install teams, Robyn is committed to delivering a seamless project experience. Her passion in making spaces look great and function well is demonstrated in every project she touches. Robyn is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a BFA in Interior Design.
Chelsea works closely with Pigott and her customers to provide products, services, and knowledge for a variety of work environments. She serves as Herman Miller’s primary point of contact in Iowa, and works to ensure each project is successful across the state. Chelsea offers over seven years of industry experience, four with Herman Miller and three with a dealer. She has supported several large projects for customers and is a Certified Living Office Specialist.
