Tai Chi is a time-honored Chinese exercise that resembles a slow dance. Its potential benefits include greater balance, flexibility, and grace of movement. People of all ages practice tai chi, and you do not have to have any experience to begin, nor do you have to be flexible or agile.
This class is designed for beginners, but people of all levels are welcome and will find something new in this Wu form. Register early to ensure your spot. Courses with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled one week prior to start date.
