Lori is a reformed business executive who has had various experiences in corporate America and family-owned midsize businesses. She graduated from Loras College with an accounting degree and years later continued her education with an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa. She would say she is always learning and growing. As of August 1^st, she is retired after 39 years in business.

While leading organizations over 100 to leading teams of ten, Lori has been adamant about thinking strategically, setting a positive culture, putting people first and foremost and growth in the business. Lori leads with her mind and heart and together that sets the course in business and drives the energy to create sustainable growth.

Lori is also very engaged in the community currently and since graduation. She has been on many boards and has seen the value of bringing the community together and along with the business opportunities to make DUBUQUE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND GROW, as individuals and as families.
