"Tails at Twilight" is the Dubuque Regional Humane Society's annual fall gala.  This elegant event features a delicious dinner, silent & live auction items, and two 50/50 cash raffles.  All proceeds benefit the lost, abandoned and unwanted animals that the shelter serves.
