Ribbon Cutting ceremony celebrating Tri-State Independent Blind Society, Inc. Provide training programs for the blind and visually impaired. Self supporting, non profit organization. Bingo every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night. Early birds - 6:30 PM, and regular games start at 7 PM.
