Event Description:

Dubuque's New Horizons Band will join the Loras Wind Ensemble on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 7:30PM for a joint concert. The concert will be held at the Loras College Fieldhouse. The concert is free and open to the public.

New Horizons Band is a non-auditioned concert band for adult musicians. Sponsored by the Northeast Iowa School of Music, NHB is a member of the international music organization New Horizons Music, which promotes music-making for adults age 50 and over. New Horizons Band rehearses every Monday at 7:00PM at Loras College. Dr. Glenn Pohland leads the band, and new members are always welcomed.
