Join other Chamber members as Lieutenant  Scott Baxter of the Dubuque Police Department presents Civilian Response to Active Aggression. 

This course is designed to give civilians a realistic approach on how to respond to active aggressive subjects prior to Law Enforcement’s ability to respond. The course teaches the audience how stress affects the body and how to control their stress to enable them to make proper decisions. The idea is to give civilians key points to consider to help them survive that type of encounter.
