Join us as we hear from Michael Kelly, Vice President of HealthCheck360, presenting, "Preparing for the Future of Work: Arming Leaders to Adapt and Change in the Automation Age"
Michael will present research on the need to prepare for another wave of change associated with automation. The future of work is not just about how many jobs could be lost and gained. Technology is altering the day-to-day mix of activities associated with more and more jobs over time. Leaders will need to manage transformations that could involve defining business processes and workforce needs, retaining and moving some people into new roles and creating programs for continuous learning.
Michael co-founded HealthCheck360 10 years ago with Cottingham & Butler to build a new company in the corporate health & wellness space. HealthCheck360 has over 70 employees that provide health and well-being services and technology to over 200,000 participants and is a top 25 wellness company in the United States
Today, Michael’s role is focused on the strategic direction of HealthCheck360 and transitioning the company from a health services provider to a digital platform that supports the health, happiness, and well-being of its participants.
Michael attended Tulane University and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in American History and Western Religious History. He gained an MBA from the University of Dubuque while teaching Economics and History at the school. Michael is happiest when spending time and with his wife Carolyn and their children, Michael and Greta.
