An award-winning civic innovator, Nick mentors local governments along their journey to high performance. In his last 13 years as a public servant, Nick founded one of the first five government innovation offices in the country, directed 15 separate divisions, and implemented nearly 70 unique pilot projects. Today, he works with Cartegraph to spread the word on high-performance government through coaching, presentations, and workshops.
