We’ve all had our heart broken in one way or another. If these wounds go unattended, they can fester, give rise to depression and anger, or cause us to shut down.
Using the tools of Compassionate Communication (also called Nonviolent Communication) we can learn to let go a bit through self-empathy. Come away with more strength and clarity as you move toward healing your heart. This will be an enjoyable class with participation and time to practice your new understanding.
