DESCRIPTION:Join the Riverboat TWILIGHT for an all day cruise departing and returning to Dubuque's waterfront. For a pleasant change of pace\, the Twilight will head north from Dubuque and take in some of the best scenery along the Mississippi River.  Unlike the bustling commerce towns of the Lower Mississippi River\, the Upper Mississippi River is a place of quiet splendor.  Once under the Wisconsin bridge on the north end of Dubuque\, another bridge does not cross the river for 62 miles.  The Twilight will depart at 9:30am and return at 5:00pm.  Be sure to bring your binoculars and camera for some great picture taking opportunities.
