The Salvation Army of Dubuque will be hosting a ‘Garden Party’ on Friday, May 28th from 11 am to 2 pm at and around its building at 1099 Iowa Street in downtown Dubuque. We’d like to invite you to the event, and if you’d like to - participate and have a table to promote your business/organization.
Highlights:
Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will be outside, and we will be serving free hot dogs!
Hosting a blood drive inside the building, sponsored by the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.
Hosting a walk-in COVID vaccination clinic inside.
Hosting a new fan collection site at the event (for fans to be donated for our fan distribution to low income and elderly)
We will be closing a portion of Iowa Street in front of our building – where we will locate the Weiner Mobile, hot dog serving area and vendor tables. There are still some vendor tables available for use to promote your business. All we ask is that you do provide some kind of a small product (no alcohol) to give away to those attending the event.
