Also feel free to attend the ribbon cutting at 4:30pm, as Platinum celebrates the completion of the renovation of their century old building and its five floors, which began in 2003.  The building has garnered numerous historical preservation awards over the past years from the Dubuque Main Street and Dubuque and Iowa historic preservation organizations.
