The Dubuque Intermodal Transportation Center project is designed to improve access to The Jule and other transportation services in and around Dubuque. The project consists of three main components:

Intermodal terminal which serves as the downtown transfer location and connection to Burlington Trailways in Dubuque
Three-level parking facility with 92 spaces dedicated for commuters and daily users to park and ride the bus
Bus storage facility that will serve as the new operations center for the Jule, replacing its current aging facility and reusing an existing city-owned site.
