This preached retreat explores the unique Franciscan path of beauty as a way to follow Jesus in our world today. Morning and afternoon conferences unpack the key insights found in the beauty of Franciscan John Duns Scotus’ writings. Includes daily Eucharist.

Sr. Mary Beth Ingham, CSJ, after completing her doctoral studies in Medieval Philosophy at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, taught for 25 years at Loyola Marymount University. She served on her congregational leadership team and is Professor of Philosophical Theology at the Franciscan School of Theology, Oceanside, California.
Sr. Mary Beth is a popular presenter and author of several books and numerous articles on the thought of Franciscan Master Blessed John Duns Scotus. She is currently working on a volume that compares the thoughts of Scotus with that of Thomas Aquinas.
