United Labor Participation Committee is providing a breakfast fundraiser for Toys For Needy Children at the Eagles Club, 1175 Century Drive, Dubuque, Iowa from 8am to 12:00, November 29.

This fundraiser will help purchase toys for needy children in Dubuque. Adults $10.00, Children under 8 free.
