The Dubuque Regional Humane Society (DRHS) Scruffy Shuffle 5K Fun Run/Walk event is May 18, 2013, at 4242 Chavenelle Road—the future home of the Humane Society! This popular, pet-friendly fundraising event is for everyone, and you don't need a dog to participate.
