Ribbon Cutting celebrating Hammer Law Firm! The Hammer Law Firm provides general legal services including, but not limited to, all forms of litigation, family law, business transactions, estate planning, probate, criminal & juvenile law.  The Firm was founded in 1988 by Attorney David L. Hammer.  While now retired, David established the strong foundation upon which the present firm serves the Tri-State area.  Located just steps from the Dubuque Courthouse, at 590 Iowa Street, the firm is led by Shareholders Susan M. Hess, Colista K. Anglese, and Terry M. Kurt.
