The Northeast Iowa School of Music (NISOM) invites the public to attend the annual student fundraiser recital, Playathon, this year held in conjunction with the Roshek Building's "A Roshek Holiday" on Friday, December 5, from 3:30-8:30PM in the lobby of the Roshek Building, 700 Locust St, Dubuque, IA.

Playathon is sponsored in part by American Bank & Trust. Playathon is NISOM's primary student fundraiser of the year, as well as the first recital of the season. The recital is free and open to the public, and donations will be gratefully accepted during the event.

Prior to performing at Playathon, NISOM students work to collect contributions, and earn a wide array of prizes as a reward for reaching their goals. These prizes are generously contributed by area businesses, including Bell Tower Theater, Dubuque Symphony Orchestra, Grand Harbor Resort & Waterpark, Hy-Vee, US Bank, Wal-Mart, and many others.
