We will discuss the new City of Dubuque Street Tree and Landscaping on Public Right-of-Way Policy as well as which perennials would be suitable for these greenway spaces. This can also include salt tolerant perennials. Learn what it takes to turn your dead grass into a welcoming bed of color.
