In "Things I've Said to My Children," graphic designer, Nathan Ripperger (father of five boys, all under age 10!), has collected some of the hilariously absurd things he's said to his children, from "We don't clean the fridge with a banana" to "I am NOT talking to you until you are wearing underwear?" and brought them to life with colorful, light-hearted illustrations.

Covering the essential parenting topics like food, animals, don'ts, and of course, bodily functions, "Things I've Said to My Children" is a charming glimpse at daily life - where grocery stores are battle arenas and toilet seats somehow end up on coffee tables.

Nathan Ripperger is a videographer and graphic designer who lives with his wife and five boys in Dubuque. Ripperger's poster-style illustrations of "Things I've Said to My Children" have been featured on TODAY.com, Huffington Post, Bored Panda, and Buzzfeed.
