This series is hosted by Kyle Kumpf of Value Focused Growth, LLC. Participants of the series will learn to see by doing things a different way. Through increased efficiency and the removal of outside interference, participants will be shown the path to increased success. Each workshop will take place in the Chamber Boardroom from 3:30pm - 5:00pm on August 21st, September 18th, and October 16th.

- Removing the Clutter
- Solving Problems Through Storytelling
Participants have the option to attend all workshops as a package or to attend individual workshops.

What if you did take a moment to evaluate one small thing that you can change, and then realize the big impact that it can have? We all do what we do based on the paradigms that we've been taught. Join the Chamber, along with presenter Kyle Kumpf, as he walks you through an engaging and exciting simulation that will challenge current thinking and open your eyes to the positive power of change.
Desired Outcome
- Accept that paradigms guide what we do and that if we want to improve
and grow, then we need to challenge and shift these paradigms.
- Begin to see the tasks that they do
- Each participant should have a new perspective on how that can improve
themselves, their organization and how they can increase value to their
customers.
About Kyle
Kyle Kumpf is a driven and innovative individual with a passion to continually look for ways to do things better. He studied Packaging Engineering at Indiana State University and upon graduation, began working as a Packaging Engineer for Colony Brands, Inc. in 2010. During his time there, his knowledge and experience in the Lean continuous improvement methodology grew. In early 2013, he saw that there was a need for this "new way of thinking" in the Dubuque community.
In May 2013, he launched Value Focused Growth, LLC with a mission to create a shift in the way people think and facilitate change for the better through the adoption and deployment of Lean tools. He's helped multiple organizations learn to see the hidden wastes that keeps them from operating at their full potential. He has the desire to help many more and create a culture that will drive Dubuque forward.
