ARK Advocates 15th Annual Walk & Fun Day. ARK Advocates is a local non-profit organization supporting and serving individuals with disabilities within the Dubuque County and surrounding area. The goal of the Walk and Fun Day is to have a fun day filled with walking, games, food, and music while contributing to the on-going mission of ARK Advocates through your pledge.
