Event Description:

Together we will read aloud 3 different adult plays by African American playwrights, one each month, and discuss them. It is not required to read the scripts ahead of time, for those who might wish to, scripts will be available at the Multicultural Family Center to read there at the center.

March 3 & 17 - "The Mountaintop" by Katori Hall
April 7 & 21 - "Joe Turner's Come and Gone" by August Wilson
May 5 & 19 - "Fires in the Mirror" by Deavere Smith

Class size limited. Registrations required: deadline February 23, 2015. This club is funded by a Mediacom Arts & Culture Grant.
